Ohio Mobility specializes in the personal independence offered by the Scooter, Power Chair and Lift field. We are a privately owned business dedicated to the scooter and power chair user and the unique needs encountered by them.
We have a specialist focus in a field routinely handled as just another DME need. We are a dedicated business undiluted by more generalized medical supply considerations and we are currently celebrating our fifteenth anniversary.
Ohio Mobility offers the widest selection of quality mobility products in Northeastern Ohio. Our large inventory promotes proper fit and total satisfaction. Proper fit, utility and long term satisfaction are anything but routine... ask the patient who uses one. Our experienced Service Department and Customer Service will insure you complete satisfaction.
We are a full service mobility facility uniquely focused on scooter and power chair sales, service, accessories and modifications. We also install lifts, both large and small, for vans, automobiles and pick-up trucks. And, we stock and install both portable and built-in ramps for home use.
Ohio Mobility commitment to excellence in Customer Service demands that we offer in-home demonstrations to ensure the potential user an opportunity to experience the benefits provided by our products in their own surroundings. This service eliminates any unpleasant surprises after taking delivery of a new scooter or power chair.
Our customers needs come first. For them, the quality of their life improvement is top priority. The price of this life improvement is the remaining issue. To confront this cost, we provide administrative assistance in gaining Certificate of Medical Necessity forms, Medicare, Medicaid approval and Insurance/HMO acceptance.
If your insurance won¹t pay for your mobility needs...we have financing arrangements available through Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo will help by giving you ninety days same as cash and allow you to make payments that will suit your budget. What ever it takes...Ohio Mobility is here for you!
The Mission of Ohio Mobility is to offer:
Selection
- 40 to 60 Scooters and Power Chairs on display.
- Sizes from various small Travel Scooters up to 550 pound capacity models and Power Chairs with capacities of up to 650 pounds.
- Front & Rear Wheel Drive and 3 or 4 wheel models.
- The most EASILY TRANSPORTABLE models in the industry.
- Space available for test riding indoors and out... including an 11-degree inclined test ramp with turn around. This is the maximum allowable grade.
Administration
- Help though the maze of Medicare required, Physician approved CMNs, Medicare approval and coordination with HMO¹s, Insurance companies and bureaus such as Workman¹s Comp, Medicade, Passport, BVR, etc.
